How to create and configure a METRON-Energy Optimization account

Account management

To create, delete or transfer a user account on your platform, please refer to your METRON contact (Project Manager or Sales Engineer). 
However, you can manage users' access to your dashboards through the Manage permissions menu.

Password management

You cannot change your password yourself. If you have forgotten your password or if you want to change it, you can open a ticket in the METRON Service Desk, or refer to your METRON contact person in any urgent case.
