Changing a Tool Reference: Warning

When the reference of a tool is changed, some links to this tool may be broken
in the tools that call it.
Previously, if a tool was called from the JQL code (for example in a worksheet, an HTML widget or a report) and the reference of this tool was modified elsewhere, the calling JQL code no longer worked correctly. This case also occurred if you changed the reference of a widget called in a dashboard. 
Now, a warning is displayed to the user if he changes the reference of a tool that is called in another tool.

Once the message appears, the user can then use the JooLMap feature to detect the calling tools and adapt them after such a reference change.

Performance improvement of the user management screen

The repartition methods on contracts (TENANTS module) were sometimes impossible to
to delete. This point has been corrected.
