Access to METRON-Energy Optimization platform

URL instance

To access the METRON-Energy Optimization instance, type the dedicated link (url) into your internet browser. 

The URL should look like: https://site-name.metronlab.com/

It should have been given to you during the go-live meeting.

Please refer to your METRON Operation Engineer if you need your company’s dedicated link.

Log in

Each user of your platform has their own access. They need to have an account created by METRON to log in i your platform. (You cannot create account yourself - see article)

To log in your platform, fill in: 

  1. Your user name, usually 'name.surname'
  2. Your password. You will be asked to change it at your first connection in the platform.

You cannot change your password yourself. If you have forgotten your password or if you want to change it, please open a ticket in the METRON Service Desk. If your request is urgent, please refer to your METRON contact person so the modification can be made as soon as possible. 

Log out

To log out of the platform, click on your profile in the top right corner of the platform, and click on 'Logout'.

The platform automatically disconnects you after 30 minutes of inactivity. 

If you have a monitoring screen without a mouse, you can modify this disconnection period, up to 10 hours, by referring to your METRON contact.
