Configure automated report

Learn how to setup automated repor in the page export options

Page report options

From the page export options, you have the possibility to export your page to PDF format and schedule sending reports to a list of recipients at a defined frequency.

1. Export as PDF

When selecting “Export as PDF”, you can preview the report before exporting it to PDF on your computer.. This option is particularly useful if you want to print your dashboard.

a. Layout edition

You can edit the layout of each section by clicking on the “Edit layout” button. You can drag and drop widgets and resize them by selecting them. Add page break using the dedicated button to avoid widgets overlapping on multiple pages. Save the changes made to a section before moving to the next.

b. Title page 

Add a title page to your report using the “Add title page” button.

You can customise the name of the report and add/replace a company logo directly from the page.

Delete this page with the “Remove title page” button. 

c. Pdf settings 

Customise the primary color of the report using the PDF settings panel. The company logo can also be added here. Chosen color and logo will be applied to all reports throughout the platform.

d. Export 

Export the pdf version of the report directly from the interface using the “Export” button. 

 

All changes made to the report are saved automatically. 

2. Send via email

From the “Share” option on the dashboard, you can set up the automated report of your page. Once you click on this option you have multiple field to fill in

  1. Report name: name your report, this name will be display in the list of all your automated reports
  2. Recipients list: emails you want to include in your report diffusion list
  3. Email subject: title of the email that include your exported report 
  4. Frequency: define the frequency you want to send your email at (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
  5. Time: define the time you want to receive your email at

3. Recurring email

This option allow you to edit or delete your automated reports.

  1. Edit: to change the filed you have completed while creating your automated report alert
  2. Delete your automated extract

Automated report email 

Here is an example of the email you will receive for your automated report.

By clicking on "Go to dashboard" your will be redirected to the page where the automated report was configured. You will be able to export it and print it for your follow-up.
