How do I contact Support?
Our METRON Support portal is a great way for you to submit requests to us, chat with our support team, track their progress and also search which tickets have been created by users of your organization. We are always looking at ways to improve our support portal to give you access to more features.

What are your support hours?
We aim to provide as close to a 24/5 service to as many countries as possible.
Our current support hours and locations are:
- 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday (UTC+9 Tokyo)
- 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday (UTC+1 Milan, Paris)
- 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday (UTC-5 Bogota)

What languages do you support?
We aim to support as many languages as we can and we are always looking at adding additional language support.
Currently we support:
- Tokyo Office - English, Japanese
- Milan and Paris Office - English, Italian, French, Spanish
- Bogota Office - English, Spanish, Portuguese
To get the fastest service, we always recommend you to contact us in English if possible. Thank you!
What information should be included in my ticket?
- Your name, location, contact details and platform details such as URL
- A detailed description of the request (how many people are affected, what browser you are using and the issue / request etc)
- Relevant screenshots
How do I leave my feedback?
We love your feedback here at METRON! Not only does it give our customers a voice, but it allows us to provide you with the best customer service possible and helps to improve our product with new and exciting features.
When a ticket you logged has been resolved, you will receive an automated email asking how we did out of 5 stars. Every single survey you complete is read by our support team!
