Setting up your METRON Help Desk account in Jira

A quick guide on how to set up your access so you can log support requests

As a METRON customer, you will be able to create tickets, provide updates and check on the status of your request. In addition, you will also be able to search for requests created by your colleagues who are linked to your organization all through our Customer Portal.

You can access our METRON customer portal by clicking here

  • Once you click on the above link, you will land on the Customer Portal login page. Click on the “sign up” text

  • Enter your email address and click on “send link”

  • You will receive an email to sign up
  • Choose your password and click “Sign up” to complete the registration process
